This policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 87/2018 (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Act), published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of RS, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Evgeny Yazynin PR Trans Auto Logistiks.

8) “processing restriction” – designation of stored personal data for the purpose of limiting their processing in the future;
9) “anonymization of personal data” – actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine without the use of additional information the ownership of personal data by a specific User or another subject of personal data;
10) “consent” of the person to whom the data relates – any voluntary, specific, conscious and unambiguous expression of the will of this person, by which this person, by means of a statement or an obvious positive action, gives consent to the processing of personal data relating to him;
11) “third party” – a natural or legal person, or a public authority that is not the person to whom the data relates, and is also authorized to process personal data for its intended purpose or to supervise the processor;
12) “Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter: Commissioner)” – an independent and autonomous body established by law, which is entrusted with supervising the implementation of this law and performing other tasks provided for by law;
13) “representative” – a natural or legal person with a place of residence or headquarters in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which, in accordance with Article 44 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, is authorized to represent the processor or processor in connection with its obligations provided for by the Law.

— in the event of the personal data subject’s withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the sending of an application with a request to stop the processing of personal data, we have the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
— to independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other laws.
Responsibilities:
— provide the personal data subject, at his request, with information regarding the processing of his personal data;
— organize the processing of personal data in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Serbia;
— respond to inquiries and requests from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;
— notify the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, at the request of this body, of the necessary information;
— publish or otherwise ensure unlimited access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
— take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data;
— stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases stipulated by the Law on Personal Data;
— fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Law on Personal Data.
What rights do you have over your data

The person to whom the data pertains may at any time revoke their consent to the processing of personal data by sending us a notice by e-mail to ta*********@gm***.com with the subject line “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data”.
The person to whom the data pertains has the right to correct inaccurate personal data. Depending on the purpose of processing, the person to whom the data pertains has the right to supplement their incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional application to the e-mail address ta*********@gm***.com .

Final Provisions
This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

Any other unpublished provisions in this policy are regulated by the Personal Data Law No. 87/2018.
